Matt Kwan brings a wealth of experience to the arena of physical and mental discipline through his extensive background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As the owner of On Guard Academy and a revered black belt under Rob Biernacki, his journey in grappling began in 2009 and transformed into a lifelong passion. With countless hours on the mats, both training and competing at local and international levels, he has established himself as a formidable presence in the circuit and a dedicated educator, nurturing talents as the Head Coach of the Simon Fraser University Grappling Team.
